Bliss: Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Bliss: Vibration Massage & Relaxation ("Bliss", "the App") is published by SmartPositive ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses and how it is used.

Bliss is designed with privacy as a default. The App works entirely on-device and does not require an internet connection, an account, or any personal information to function.

2. Data Collected

Bliss does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any identifying information
• Location data
• Health or fitness data
• Advertising IDs or personal device identifiers
• Payment information

The App does collect the following anonymous, aggregated data to improve stability and user experience:

• Anonymous usage statistics — via Firebase Analytics (Google). This includes anonymous session counts, feature usage (e.g. which vibration patterns are most used), and device model/OS version. No personally identifiable information is linked to this data.
• Anonymous crash reports — via Firebase Crashlytics (Google). If the App crashes, a report is automatically sent containing the stack trace, device model, and OS version. These reports contain no personal data and are used solely to fix bugs.

Both services are configured to not collect advertising IDs and operate in compliance with Google's data processing terms.

3. Third-Party Services

Bliss uses the following third-party services, both provided by Google LLC:

• Firebase Analytics — Collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Firebase Crashlytics — Collects anonymous crash reports. Firebase Privacy Policy

No advertising SDKs or social networking SDKs are integrated. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

The anonymous data collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics is retained for the following periods:

• Anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) — Retained for up to 14 months on Google's servers, in accordance with Firebase's default retention policy. After this period, data is automatically deleted.
• Anonymous crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — Retained for 90 days on Google's servers, then automatically deleted.

No personal data is stored by Bliss itself, locally or remotely. All app preferences (e.g. selected pattern, intensity) are stored exclusively on your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.

How to request deletion of your data: Since all collected data is fully anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual, it is technically impossible to identify and delete data belonging to a specific user. If you wish to stop any further data collection, you can:

• Disable analytics on your device (Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
• Uninstall the App, which will remove all locally stored data immediately.

5. Children's Privacy

Bliss is rated Mature 17+ and is not intended for children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be published at the same URL with a revised "Last updated" date. As no personal data is processed, material changes are unlikely; however we encourage you to review this page periodically.
